Paint Stripping

Stripping paint from metals is one of our key areas of expertise. Our long experience and investment in the best technologies means we can offer a large capacity and the quickest turnaround times in the industry.

Typical applications include stripping paint grids, brackets, paint jigs, paint hooks and hangers. These parts are cleaned at around 450 C. Even temperatures across the heating chamber helps avoid thermal distortion. The paint is decomposed and the inorganic dust safely collected in a filter.

Chemically Paint Stripping

Water-based chemicals are used to loosen or release the coating from the material at temperatures up to around 80°C. We use environmentally friendly chemicals to safely strip temperature sensitive parts in a heated tank. No caustic or solvents.

For Example : Cleaning extrusion dies, screws, nozzles, extruders, hot runners, breaker plates.

Stripping Rubber From Steel Parts

Using thermal cleaning, we can also remove rubber from your steel parts. Stripping rubber can be very difficult because of the dangerous emissions produced. Our cleaning system is very safe and cleans without damage to the steel part.
